Position: FARM MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily operational decisions
- Responsible for the health and comfort of livestock
- Responsible for maintenance of equipment, tolls and farm building
- Corporate budgets
- Purchasing of farm tools and equipment
- Joint responsibility with the executive director and the marketers in marketing of livestock
- Recording and reconciliation of accounts
REQUIREMENTS
- BSC in agricultural economics for the farm manager or a related field
- At least 5 years experience in area of specialization
- Must not be more than 35 years of age
- Level IV speaking and writing in English
- Computer and MS office tools knowledge
Position: ADMIN SECRETARY/MARKETER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer and monitor the financial system in order to ensure that the municipal finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner
- Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable systems in order to ensure complete and accurate records of all funds
- Administer employees files and records in order to ensure accurate payments of benefits and allowances
- Supervise administrative services within the municipal office
REQUIREMENTS
- Bsc in Business administration
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- At least 3 years related experience
- Must not be more than 30 years of age
- Excellent computer and MS tools knowledge
