(USAID/Tanzania anticipates the eventual Recipient will assign a Swahili name to this activity.)

Eligibility for this award is not restricted; see Section C of this NOFO for eligibility

An Apparently Successful Applicant (ASA) will be selected after Phase II and USAID may invite the ASA to attend a meeting either via teleconference or in-person to discuss any substantive feedback. The ASA will submit a full written application to USAID/Tanzania, which will refine and build off on both the concept paper and oral presentation.
Subject to the availability of funds, USAID/Tanzania will make one (1) four (4) year award to the ASA whose application best meets the objectives of this funding opportunity and the
selection criteria contained herein. While USAID/Tanzania anticipates making one award as a result of this NOFO, USAID reserves the right to fund any or none of the applications submitted.
