Job Title: Farm Manager
Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Job Specification
Baameenfarms is seeking a Farm Manager that will be able to carry out the following duties:
- Manage our crop farms in three locations
- Manage other junior staff and casual workers
- Develop and implement farm strategies
- Ensure farm productivity
- Market and Supervise Farm sales
- Manage farms equipment and vehicles
- Manage Farm Supermarket processing and delivery
- Manage farm Sales to Local Market
- Advice the company on progressive and productive technical input
- Assist the farm manager in management tasks
- Carry out any other duties as assign by the board and management
Person Specification
- A minimum of HND in agricultural or social sciences
- Minimum of two years Farm Management experience, especially in crops production
- Ability to drive is a MUST and should have a valid driving license
- Ability to ride a Bike is desirable
- Ability to communicate in English
- Computer competency , especially demonstrated ability to use whatapps
- Ability to account for expenses
- Ability to work in various locations and write activities reports
- Ability to engage with community
- Ability to supervise and manage staff / workers
- Ability to be discipline, transparent honest and report to the Management regularly.
